I retain the right to upload the artwork as part of my portfolio.
You must be 18+ to make purchases from my services.

✔ Usage Rights
✧ You may use the design for non-commercial or personal purposes (such as using the character for roleplay, stories, illustrations, profile picture, etc.)
✧ You may trade, gift, or resell the design.
╰› The resale price should not exceed the original amount paid, unless extra artwork is included.
✧ You’re welcome to modify the design (such as redesigning, changing colors, or adding accessories, etc.)
✧ You may upload or showcase the design with proper credit to @xabermix when using the original image.
✧ You may purchase commercial rights at any time (during or after purchase).✖ Restrictions
✧ Do not use my artwork or designs for AI training or NFTs.
✧ Do not claim the design or artwork as your own.
✧ Do not edit, trace, or draw over the original artwork.
✧ Do not use the design for monetized or commercial purposes unless you’ve purchased the proper license first.
✧ All payments are final. No refunds after a purchase has been completed.

Monetized Content
A license is required for any use that brings in money, donations, or ad revenue, including but not limited to:
✧ Using the design as a Vtuber model, streaming asset, or mascot.
✧ Using the design in any branding or promotional content for a product, service, or shop.
Commercial Merchandising
A separate license is required for any physical or digital products sold for profit, including but not limited to:
✧ Physical Goods: prints, charms, stickers, pins, keychains, apparel, etc.
✧ Digital goods: emotes, icons, graphics, or other downloadable assets intended for sale.

⚠ Violation of Terms ⚠
Failure to comply with the terms will result in the artist’s right to terminate any ongoing payment plans and/or blacklist the client. No refunds will be granted for any portion of purchases already completed.
